Introduction


As SSM embarks on being a customer-centric organization to deliver services through a digital platform, it is essential to have a 360-degree view of customers' transactions across all source systems.​

In line with SSM's vision of becoming be a top tier corporate registry and regulatory authority, SSM has established a one stop website where all SSM systems are accessible at once, with just a single-sign-on for each SSM system user. For a more user-friendly experience, SSM4U has been made accessible for 24 hours, seven (7) days a week.

Currently, the SSM4U website serves as landing page for various SSM systems including EzBiz, MyCoID, MBRS, MyLLP, XCESS and DCTC system. Moving forward, SSM intends to upgrade the website as a self-service site to improve customer journey and public service delivery.

Through SSM4U, customers could perform:

  • Self-Service Customer Registration & Profile Updates
  • Mailbox & Correspondent Service
  • Biometric User Verification
  • Chatbot & Interactive Guideline
  • Customer Dashboard
  • Responsive Web Design

All SSM customers are required to register as SSM4U users where their user profiles will be categorized as either 'General users' or 'Verified users'. All registered online customer information will be stored centrally in SSM4U database.​
